Eligibility
Open to youth researchers (below 35 years), scholars, and practitioners from India and abroad with thematic expertise.
Author Guidelines
Extended Abstract
- Title: Begin with the full title of the proposed paper.
- Subtheme(s) and Keywords: Directly beneath the title, list the relevant subtheme(s) followed by 5–7 keywords that best represent your paper.
- Author Information: Include full names of all authors along with their affiliations, contact details, and clearly indicate the corresponding author.
- Word Limit: The extended abstract should be between 1200 and 1500 words. The word count includes the track, title, subtheme(s), and keywords.
- Anonymity in Text: Do not include any author names or affiliations inside the extended abstract body to maintain anonymity during the review process.
- Formatting Requirements:

- Font: Times New Roman, size 12 pt
- Margins: 1 inch on all sides
- File Format: Submit your abstract as a Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx) file only
- Submissions exceeding the specified word count will not be considered. Ensure your abstract remains within the limit. Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in non-selection of the submission. For any clarifications, please contact the Conference organizing team.

Full Paper

It shall be the responsibility of the author(s) to ensure the following:
- The research article is an original piece of work.
- The research article has not been published elsewhere.
- The research article is not under review by another publication.
- The research presented is carried out in an ethical manner, and the data and findings are not fabricated or manipulated.
- The files should be named as the Title of the Paper.
- Submissions will be processed through plagiarism software to ensure the authenticity of submitted content. A maximum of 15% text similarity is acceptable. If the research article exceeds the prescribed limits, the article will be returned to the author(s).
- The length of the research article shall be between 3500 (minimum) and 5000 (maximum) words, excluding the abstract and references.
- Standard American English language is accepted.
- The author(s) shall ensure that the research article is free of grammatical and typographical errors.
- The research article should be formatted in Microsoft Word, A4 size (8.27” × 11.69”), portrait orientation, and 1-inch margin all around.
- The text font to be used is Times New Roman, 12 point with 1.5 line spacing. The title, headings, and sub-headings should be in bold font.
- The author(s) should remove personal information including names from the file properties of the Microsoft Word document prior to submission.

The research article should include the following:
- Title
- Abstract of 250–300 words with 5 to 7 keywords
- Main body with suitable headings and sub-headings, including introduction, methodology, results, discussion, and conclusion
- Acknowledgement (optional)
- References should conform to the APA Referencing Style

Tables and Figures
- All tables and figures should be numbered in sequence and referred to in the text. Each table/figure should be embedded closest to the place where it is first referred in the main text.
- Tables display data in rows and columns. The table number in Arabic numerals with suitable captions should be positioned just above the table.
- Figures may include graphs, diagrams, illustrations, or images. The figure number in Arabic numerals with suitable captions should be positioned just below the figure.
- Any image used should have a resolution of at least 300 dpi.
- All images may also need to be submitted separately in PNG or TIFF format.
- It is the responsibility of the author(s) to duly acknowledge external sources and ensure that due permissions have been obtained to reuse any copyrighted material sourced from any platform.
- The corresponding author should submit duly signed Author Guidelines. It is assumed the corresponding author is submitting the same on behalf of all co-authors.
